Description

  • Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop compelling creative campaigns across digital-first channels, with potential extension into ATL channels such as TV, print, and OOH.
  • Lead art direction for creative campaigns and video concepts from ideation through final execution.
  • Design or direct the creation of digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks that support brand narratives.
  • Develop concept-led brand systems and integrated creative ideas that strengthen brand storytelling.
  • Build and present creative decks that communicate concepts and strategy clearly to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and cross-functional creatives across time zones.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to align on goals and deliver work that drives results.
  • Help push creative boundaries and contribute to the evolution of Superside’s conceptual capabilities.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous creative growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in concept-driven roles within creative agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing concept-first thinking and excellent art direction across digital platforms.
  • Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including confidence presenting ideas to customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay self-motivated and proactive.
  • Growth mindset and curiosity, with a willingness to explore new tools, trends, and ways to improve the craft.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and performance creative principles.
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams and perspectives.
