Description

  • Generate and refine visual concepts using generative AI tools across multiple creative formats.
  • Experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and creative expression.
  • Integrate AI-assisted assets into production workflows while maintaining brand integrity and human emotion.
  • Guide creative direction so each project aligns with strategy and purpose.
  • Build trust through clear, calm, and solution-oriented client communication.
  • Foster a psychologically safe and inclusive team environment with shared ownership and diverse perspectives.
  • Connect creative ideas to business goals using data and insight to strengthen storytelling.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire designers through actionable, growth-oriented feedback.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop holistic, insight-driven creative solutions.
  • Lead by example through composure, curiosity, and support under pressure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across branding, presentations, and advertising.
  • Examples of AI-enhanced work in the portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
  • Proficiency using AI tools as part of a deliberate creative workflow.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
  • Collaborative, ego-free approach with strong listening, adaptability, empathy, and clarity.
  • Comfort working with internal and external stakeholders in both creative and strategic discussions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
