Description

  • Generate concepts and assets using AI tools for multiple creative formats while aligning work to brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Refine prompts and creative inputs to improve the quality of AI-driven output across visual styles and deliverables.
  • Integrate AI-generated content into production workflows and help improve creative processes through experimentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects from ideation through final delivery, maintaining consistency, originality, and impact.
  • Provide clear creative direction and hands-on feedback that connects execution to strategic intent.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members while modeling emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and thoughtful communication.
  • Lead client-facing presentations and discussions, articulating creative rationale and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Foster a psychologically safe team culture that values feedback, diverse perspectives, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and guide clients toward cohesive, insight-led creative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of a thoughtful and intentional creative workflow.
  • Experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to express creative ideas clearly and supportively.
  • Skilled at giving and receiving feedback with empathy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable engaging in both creative and strategic discussions with internal and external partners.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, presentations, and advertising work, including examples of AI-enhanced work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
