Description

  • Lead multiple customer implementations from discovery and kickoff through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Configure customer pricing, tariffs, billing formulas, hourly minimums, crew pay, and sales and contract-driver commissions.
  • Design account structures and reusable templates for multi-location moving companies and franchise systems.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and reconcile accounting integrations with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks, including general ledger mapping, invoices, and vendor bills.
  • Connect customers with van-line systems such as Unigroup and SIRVA to support order, statement, and settlement data flows.
  • Configure voice agents and Autopilot workflows, defining AI decision boundaries and resolving issues found in live calls.
  • Investigate customer issues, create detailed bug reports and product requests, and partner with engineering through resolution.
  • Train office staff, crews, and finance teams on workflows tailored to their day-to-day use of Supermove.
  • Improve implementation templates, checklists, QA processes, documentation, and team handoff procedures.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate investigation, configuration, data analysis, and customer support, while helping define future internal AI agents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing or configuring complex business software, such as ERP, accounting, payroll, field-service, or vertical SaaS platforms.
  • Experience owning customer implementations through go-live.
  • Ability to configure complex business logic, including rates, contracts, commissions, billing formulas, and pay rules.
  • Working knowledge of general ledger, AP, AR, vendor bills, and financial reconciliations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and data-sync issues.
  • Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Clear written communication and confident customer-facing training and problem-solving skills.
  • Regular use of AI tools to improve day-to-day work.
  • Experience with field-heavy industries such as construction, home services, fleet, or logistics (preferred).
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience, SQL or light scripting skills, and moving, van-line, or relocation experience (preferred).
