Description

  • Record approximately 1-minute short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Explain educational tips, practice problems, and career information on camera.
  • Deliver provided practice problems or talking points naturally and authentically without editing.
  • Present with energy, clarity, and personality to keep viewers engaged.
  • Demonstrate concepts using a dry-erase board or pen-and-paper solutions.
  • Use strong on-screen presence to bring educational content to life.
  • Submit sample videos that show on-camera delivery and handwritten problem-solving.
  • Follow the contract process and onboarding steps after approval.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of on-camera experience on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
  • Clear, confident, and friendly on-screen delivery.
  • Ability to make educational or informational content feel fast-paced and engaging.
  • Access to a smartphone or camera, microphone, and good lighting.
  • Comfort with visual teaching methods, including a dry-erase board or pen-and-paper demonstrations.
  • Clear and readable handwriting for on-camera problem-solving.
  • A sample video of up to 2 minutes is required with the application.
  • Applications without the sample video will not be considered.
  • Experience creating content for adult or nontraditional learners is preferred.
  • Background in education, advising, or communication is preferred.
