Description

  • Lead the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and deployment of digital clinical trial platforms.
  • Translate complex clinical protocols and requirements into clear system specifications and configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver solutions from planning through deployment.
  • Integrate eCOA systems and connected devices with clinical systems and data management platforms.
  • Provide strategic input on clinical study design to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery objectives.
  • Continuously assess implementation processes and drive improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Train clients and provide ongoing support so they can effectively use the platforms.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience developing and configuring digital solutions for clinical trials.
  • At least 3 years of experience working specifically with eCOA systems.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, digital solution implementation, and study design.
  • Experience translating complex clinical requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and use strong negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience integrating connected devices such as PEF and oxygen monitors with clinical systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to work US Eastern Time Zone business hours.
