Description

  • Manage up to 6 Operations Associates as the primary point of contact for performance management, coaching, and planning.
  • Guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving external user issues.
  • Monitor and improve team operational performance to deliver KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations and enhance user experience.
  • Manage capacity, scheduling, and work allocation across team members.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for individual and team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across team processes and procedures.
  • Support recruitment and hiring initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members through structured career development conversations.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and facilitate formal performance reviews.
  • Own initiatives that build a warm, welcoming, and engaged team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience coaching or leading Customer Service teams and managing performance.
  • Experience mentoring others and providing constructive feedback.
  • Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert in Product Support operations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results and promote partnership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Experience delivering weekly and monthly business metrics and reporting, preferred.
  • Experience with new process launches and continuous improvement, preferred.
