Description

  • Work cross-functionally across technical and user-facing teams to solve problems and design workflows that improve the user and business experience.
  • Lead cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement organizational or product changes.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and CXOs to accelerate progress, solve scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs.
  • Own and build analytical models and in-depth analyses to inform overall strategy and growth decisions.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and develop actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational processes.
  • Define and track metrics and leading/lagging indicators of business performance.
  • Drive analysis and research to support yearly strategy development and company goal planning.
  • Surface and prioritize initiatives that move top company metrics and help the business focus on high-impact work.
  • Track projects, timelines, and commitments for internal projects and customer deliverables to ensure execution and accountability.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy & operations, data science, finance, product management, or similar roles at technology companies.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional settings and in roles that span strategy, analysis, and operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong critical and first-principles thinking with the ability to identify the most important questions and challenge existing approaches.
  • Passion for digging into data and problem solving, with demonstrated experience navigating large datasets.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and familiarity with SQL (experience analyzing large datasets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to and influence leaders across partnerships, product, engineering, and sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Good balance of business and technical acumen and the ability to execute with minimal guidance in high-ambiguity contexts.
  • Experience facilitating large meetings with a strong focus on goals and outcomes (preferred).
  • Payments ecosystem or finance/fintech experience and the ability to understand the implications of product, policy, and marketing changes on user and support experiences (preferred).
