Description

  • Build the Link App experience on web and native and own core consumer wallet features end to end.
  • Champion the consumer experience and shape products that make Link a world-class consumer brand.
  • Work with Engineering, Design, GTM, and other partners to define, build, and scale new and existing products.
  • Help define consumer strategy with Link leadership using consumer insights and data.
  • Deeply understand user needs by engaging with consumers and cross-functional teams and by analyzing feedback and market trends.
  • Act as the voice of the consumer within Link and across Stripe.
  • Build a comprehensive and frictionless experience for Link consumers in collaboration with customers and cross-functional partners.
  • Set an ambitious product roadmap for Link’s development and expansion.
  • Lead new business areas from early-stage ideas through maturity.
  • Drive team pace, prioritization, and execution across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a product or other technical role.
  • Experience building world-class consumer products at scale.
  • Strong product taste, judgment, and design empathy.
  • Ability to use data and insights rigorously to analyze product performance.
  • Experience optimizing a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases.
  • Experience managing high-stakes external partnerships and product integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise customer problem articulation.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to solve problems end to end.
  • Ability to think from first principles, dig into data, and use SQL as needed.
  • Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Experience working on consumer financial products (preferred).
  • Experience conducting product market research and building buy-in from internal stakeholders and leadership (preferred).
  • Experience building brand new products or working in a startup environment (preferred).
  • Experience working with GTM teams to bring a new product to market (preferred).
