Description

  • Own the location’s financial performance, including daily and monthly P&L results.
  • Drive revenue growth, gross profit, and margin performance through pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational efficiency using real-time observation and performance data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns.
  • Use technology and operational systems to monitor performance and guide decisions.
  • Improve retention and loyalty through service quality and operational enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with performance accountability.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to analyze metrics and interpret P&L data.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams and improving sales performance, productivity, and margins.
  • Demonstrated success with hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and operational instincts to identify and execute improvements quickly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ownership for measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required (preferred experience may come from retail, hospitality, service, or other operational industries).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk most of the day, work overhead/in tight spaces, use hand tools, and drive manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
