Description

  • Lead and manage large, complex Dynamics 365 projects, including multi-workload implementations with integrations, ISVs, and AI requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership on scope, timeline, cost, and risk trade-offs.
  • Provide day-to-day and strategic leadership to project teams while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
  • Lead project planning, monitoring, reporting, and decision framing to protect outcomes and delivery quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client PMs and senior stakeholders, including director and executive audiences.
  • Organize and facilitate steering committees and governance forums focused on alignment, decision-making, and risk management.
  • Own project financials, forecasts, and delivery health, and communicate variances with context and recommendations.
  • Manage issues and escalations with professionalism and strong interpersonal judgment.
  • Mentor and coach junior PMs and coordinators to strengthen consultative and strategic delivery practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through delivery optimizations, sequencing changes, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of project management experience with end-to-end project lifecycle execution and SDLC delivery.
  • 3+ full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including at least 1 ERP project.
  • Previous consulting experience is required.
  • Experience creating detailed project plans, scope documents/backlogs, schedules with dependencies, and resource forecasts.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines and communicate solutions to clients.
  • Formal PM training/certification strongly preferred, such as PMP, CAPM, or CSM.
  • Formal Microsoft training/certifications preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and group problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects or workstreams, and communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
