Description

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
  • Create user-centered designs based on business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of visual design and user experience across digital platforms.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design quality.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to apply research insights to improve designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
