Description

  • Design, architect, and build the core product as part of the engineering team.
  • Own end-to-end outcomes through iteration, documentation, and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with the product team to scope and define features.
  • Contribute to company culture and future hiring efforts.
  • Support and grow shipped products without a dedicated QA team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of backend development experience.
  • Expertise in Python; Django experience is preferred.
  • Strong track record of building and delivering web applications.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure such as Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CircleCI is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of modern software development practices such as Gitflow, continuous integration, and peer reviews.
