Description

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments while optimizing provider calendars.
  • Manage inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
  • Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and communicate benefits clearly to patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation.
  • Provide patients with clear information about appointments, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure smooth and organized daily scheduling operations in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a U.S. dental office in a front desk, patient coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Full-time contractor availability for 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
  • Pay rate of $7–$8 per hour depending on skillset and experience.
