Description

  • Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with enterprise goals and architecture standards.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across cloud, microservices, integration platforms, automation, data, and AI technologies.
  • Evaluate technology options, make architecture decisions, and maintain traceable architecture decision records.
  • Establish architecture governance, design patterns, development standards, and technical review processes.
  • Lead and mentor large multidisciplinary technical teams while overseeing implementation and delivery milestones.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical challenges and proactively manage technical debt, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Champion CI/CD, automated testing, Infrastructure as Code, and engineering excellence practices.
  • Define SLAs, SLOs, and observability standards for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Translate business objectives into executable technical specifications and guide digital service design and deployment strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with C1/C2-level proficiency.
  • Experience designing architectures using modern software technologies, including networking and systems supporting deployment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing large technical projects.
  • Ability to connect business strategy, technical implementation, and operational delivery across diverse projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including explaining complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; cloud certification is preferred.
  • Experience with TOGAF, Zachman, or an equivalent architecture framework.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery at scale.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field; relevant professional certifications are desirable.
  • Experience with government or enterprise systems integration projects is preferred.
  • Availability for full-time remote work aligned with UAE business hours.
