Description

  • Define and drive the multi-quarter vision and roadmap for the client booking experience.
  • Own end-to-end booking journeys including discovery, booking flows, checkout, confirmations, cancellations, and rebooking.
  • Ensure booking experiences scale across geographies, shop types, and future verticals.
  • Make tradeoffs across UX quality, performance, and business goals.
  • Analyze client behavior and friction across the booking funnel to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Improve conversion, rebooking, and retention through data, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Own key metrics such as conversion, rebooking rate, funnel drop-off, and client retention.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to ship performant, high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle, Marketing, and Data to ensure launches deliver measurable impact.
  • Translate strategy into clear requirements, learning goals, and outcomes, while leveraging AI and automation to improve booking confidence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Direct experience building booking, reservation, or scheduling products at scale.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion or retention in B2C environments.
  • Strong product judgment across UX, systems, and business impact.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B2C platforms.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • PLG or lifecycle optimization experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-driven consumer workflows is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple verticals or international markets is preferred.
