Description

  • Respond to customer live chats and emails in a timely manner, with live chat as the primary channel.
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through account, billing, domain, and other transactional issues.
  • Independently meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets across email and live chat.
  • Stay up to date on new product features and improvements.
  • Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues when needed.
  • Advocate for the brand while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role such as retail, hospitality, or online support.
  • Open availability to work a 40-hour week that includes weekends and holidays.
  • Expertise in written communication, including spotting spelling and grammar errors.
  • Ability to decode conversations, identify root causes, and align on end goals.
  • Capability of prioritizing competing requests.
  • Familiarity with the Squarespace platform.
  • Consistent and dependable Wi-Fi with a personal workspace free from distraction.
  • Must live in one of the eligible states: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, or Utah.
  • Mandatory virtual training during September 28th - October 9th.
  • No international work arrangements or digital nomad setup; dedicated home office required.
