Description

  • Conduct telephonic screenings, brief interventions, and referrals for eating disorder treatment.
  • Use active listening, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to support members’ goals.
  • Coordinate care plans and facilitate referrals within the Spring Health network.
  • Provide crisis management and safety planning when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and the EHR.
  • Collaborate with care support, provider operations, billing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to program development, team onboarding, and process improvements.
  • Support timely connection of members to appropriate care and follow-up within required timeframes.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed mental health professional, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • 2+ years of experience working with eating disorders.
  • Proficiency in motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based eating disorder treatments, including CBT-E and Family-Based Treatment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • Willingness to work PST or CST hours is preferred.
  • Experience working with adolescents is preferred.
