Description

  • Serve as the primary project manager for global clinical training and programming outside the U.S.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable global clinical training and programming strategy.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual events, clinical providers, materials, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on global training and programming across time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Partner with large global customers to plan customized training and programming.
  • Collaborate with internal global and U.S. program stakeholders on strategy and execution.
  • Measure training and program effectiveness and track customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Lead planning for global programming around major events such as World Mental Health Day.
  • Support delivery and/or production of training events when needed.

Requirements

  • Clinical license or equivalent in your country.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning.
  • Strong knowledge of global clinical training and programming challenges and solutions.
  • Experience with program management and data evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and other event platforms as needed.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design and content development.
  • Strong working knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
  • Experience working across diverse scope, limited information, and multiple stakeholders (preferred).

  • Remote full-time position based in India, Japan, or Singapore.
  • Travel required up to 30% of the time for in-person trainings.
  • Target base salary range of 8,964,800 - 10,309,520 JPY.
