Description

  • Serve as the primary project manager for global non-U.S. clinical training and programming.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable global clinical training and programming strategy.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for global webinars and WellSprings across time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including virtual event platforms, clinical providers, materials, reporting, and evaluation metrics.
  • Consult with large global customers to plan customized training and programming.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, the global team, and U.S. program managers on strategy and execution.
  • Measure training and program effectiveness and use results to improve delivery.
  • Lead planning for global programming tied to major events such as World Mental Health Day.
  • Support delivery and/or production of events when needed.

Requirements

  • Clinical license or equivalent in your country.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning.
  • Strong knowledge of global clinical training and programming challenges and solutions.
  • Experience working on problems with limited information, using analysis and precedent to build solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior internal and external partners and adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of program management and data evaluation.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and additional event platforms as needed.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design and content development, including adult learning principles.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation techniques.
  • Effective communication with customers and internal team members.

Benefits

  • Target base salary range of 60,000–69,000 GBP.
  • Remote full-time position based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
  • Travel required up to 30% of the time for in-person trainings.
