Description

  • Lead program management for a dedicated onsite customer program, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through.
  • Serve as the primary operational lead and ensure progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations.
  • Drive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across multiple workstreams.
  • Track program progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Product, and other partners to support program execution.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needs.
  • Review and integrate cross-functional inputs so plans and materials reflect customer context and priorities.
  • Support customer readiness, change management, and adoption as a trusted operational partner.
  • Partner on customer-facing reporting and business reviews to ensure materials are accurate and aligned to commitments.
  • Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Strong operational judgment with the ability to balance customer needs, internal constraints, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next steps.
  • Track record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutions.
  • Experience improving processes or operating models to support stronger execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure and momentum across teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
