Description

Guide student-athletes through their academic day over video and keep them focused and on task.
Support students in moving through learning at pace and navigating the learning platform.
Mentor students on the mental side of athletics, training habits, recruiting, and balancing school with sport.
Build a consistent relationship that provides guidance, accountability, and honest feedback.
Help students develop study habits and time-management skills.
Reinforce standards for effort, focus, and conduct, and provide direct feedback and praise as needed.
Communicate regular updates to parents and staff about academic progress, athletic development, and student needs.

Requirements

Competed in gymnastics at the Division I level.
Experience working hands-on with young people in coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp counseling, teaching, or a similar role.
Strong judgment with young athletes and the ability to earn trust, hold standards, and give direct feedback.
Clear communication skills for one-on-one video sessions and written updates to parents and staff.
Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on student needs.
Remote U.S.-based role with reliable internet and a quiet space for video sessions.
Recent graduate preferred.
Youth gymnastics coaching or camp experience preferred.
Teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
Comfort with video, learning platforms, and messaging tools preferred.

Benefits
