Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs for payments, subscriptions, authentication, consumption tracking, and text-to-speech services.
  • Oversee the backend API landscape and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate on B2B solutions with enterprise clients, focusing on customization and integration needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.
  • Contribute to backend services that support new products, analytics, and external APIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js (required).
  • Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute efficiently based on urgency and impact.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments (preferred).
  • Experience deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flat organization.
  • Willingness to participate in a technical interview process that is completed within about 1 week.
