Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Ship production code for the Speechify iOS application.
Work closely within a dedicated product team.
Participate in product discussions and help shape the roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing app architecture.
Support the app’s growth and new user base with new projects.
Contribute to fast, high-impact product development in a remote, flat organization.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction and owning engineering for the product.
Strong customer obsession and focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
Strong product thinking and the ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
Ability to work quickly and decide what to ship now versus later.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote team environment.
Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreading programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
Portfolio and LinkedIn links required when applying.
