Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Actively ship production code for Speechify’s iOS application.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers to guide product direction.
Own engineering work for products and features from development through release.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of contributing to products from inception to meaningful traction.
Strong customer obsession and focus on delivering the best possible user experience.
Product thinking with the ability to make thoughtful decisions about product evolution.
Ability to work quickly, prioritize what can ship now, and defer what needs more time.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote team environment.
Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreading programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
Experience with Fastlane.
Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
