Description

  • Own frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the application.
  • Build scalable, high-quality Vue.js applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver features.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers.
  • Stay current with frontend trends and propose improvements to the codebase and workflow.
  • Learn Python and support occasional backend work as needed.
  • Architect frontend solutions for complex digital products.
  • Maintain component libraries and design system consistency.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and high performance across the frontend.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and Vue.js, preferably with recent Vue 3 experience.
  • Strong skills in Tailwind CSS, Storybook, and component-based architectures.
  • Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with backend development; Python experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Croatia.
  • Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and code quality.
  • Comfortable making technical decisions independently and taking ownership of the end product.
  • Passion for learning and improving, with willingness to expand your knowledge.
