Description

  • Own a revenue pipeline by managing 30–40+ active opportunities and driving deals forward.
  • Convert long-cycle enterprise evaluations into faster transactions by creating urgency around business needs.
  • Partner with an SDR to map Tier 1 accounts and execute a hunter-focused prospecting strategy.
  • Navigate security, legal, and procurement hurdles using standardized processes to keep deals moving.
  • Engage developers, decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders across different industries and company sizes.
  • Use AI to streamline research and personalization work and increase sales execution speed.
  • Influence the direction and processes of the Sales Team and the broader organization as the business scales.
  • Drive product value conversations that expand adoption and grow the customer base.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical solutions to large or global companies.
  • Track record of navigating complex stakeholder maps in enterprise sales.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • Comfort closing deals ranging from $50k to $500k while managing multiple motions at once.
  • Strong pipeline management and conversion-rate discipline, with a high-activity calendar.
  • Closer mindset with the confidence to disqualify slow-moving leads when needed.
  • Advanced use of AI and modern sales technology to improve workflow and speed.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States; Sonar does not currently support visa candidates in the US.
  • Background check and reference verification are required before the start date.
  • Experience with technical sales in enterprise environments is preferred.
