Description

  • Lead a team of attorneys handling complex healthcare, technology, pharmacy, laboratory, and FDA-related legal matters.
  • Advise executives and senior leaders on regulatory requirements, business risks, and legal strategies.
  • Support digitally native care delivery, clinical practice, and corporate practice of medicine matters.
  • Oversee legal issues involving pharmacy operations, fulfillment, laboratory services, products, services, and facilities.
  • Develop risk-based, solution-oriented legal guidance to support the company’s global growth.
  • Build, manage, mentor, and develop the Regulatory legal team.
  • Partner with business leaders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of legal experience across law firm and in-house practice.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory law, including digital care delivery, clinical practice, and corporate practice of medicine.
  • Experience with pharmacy operations and fulfillment, laboratory services, and state and federal regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of state-based Stark and Anti-Kickback laws.
  • Experience managing and leading legal teams, with a record of building and mentoring talent.
  • Strong business partnership, independent judgment, and risk-based decision-making skills.
  • Admission to at least one state bar and eligibility to practice in-house in the state of residence.
  • Telehealth, health technology, pharmacy law, and regulatory experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $270,000–$320,000.
