Description

  • Own and define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for ad tech and ads measurement platforms.
  • Identify high-impact product opportunities using technology, data, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Create, evangelize, and manage a multi-year product roadmap and launch backlog with engineering teams.
  • Communicate vision, strategy, execution plans, and customer impact to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, engineering, platform, data, compliance, risk, finance, and operations.
  • Set business objectives and define product strategy for the line of business and related initiatives.
  • Bridge technical and business considerations to drive profitable growth while managing risk.
  • Lead and influence colleagues to make timely tactical decisions that advance business objectives.
  • Develop member and marketer experiences and deliver new features.
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable for delivering results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Prior experience leading platform and/or MarTech cross-functional teams.
  • Technical savvy with marketing systems and ability to partner closely with marketing leadership.
  • Experience operating as a full-stack operator in ambiguous or varied environments.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence colleagues to reach timely tactical decisions.
  • Flexible and collaborative approach to problem solving and ideation.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level leadership.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and excellent analytical skills.
  • Passion for customers and a commitment to acting in their best interest.
