Description

  • Manage end-to-end Direct Mail (DM) campaigns (pre-screened and invitation-to-apply), including defining underwriting/marketing/suppression rules, data sources and logic, executing code, validating results and file ingestion, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules and deliverables, monitor status and dependencies, escalate issues as needed, and propose resolutions to stakeholders and management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between onshore and offshore teams to communicate requirements, collaborate on execution and validation, and produce performance readouts and analysis.
  • Partner with channel owners and marketing managers to develop strategies that optimize and expand target audiences, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  • Support ad-hoc campaign execution and analytics requests outside of BAU schedules, focusing on solutioning, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Work with bureau and third-party partners to explore new data sources, models, and ideas to drive business growth beyond campaign execution.
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI, produce data-driven recommendations, and drive informed actions.
  • Translate complex business objectives into actionable, data-driven tactics and campaigns that deliver immediate results and support sustained growth.
  • Convert complex data into clear narratives and concise presentations to inform and guide senior management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a quantitative field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on pre-screened/pre-approved campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Experience building data pipelines with Airflow, preferably using Snowflake.
  • Demonstrated experience with experimentation and hypothesis testing.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning is a plus.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects independently to completion and clearly communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • High intellectual curiosity, quick learner of new technical skills, and keen attention to detail in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
