Description

  • Drive proactive insights by analyzing data, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting findings to leadership.
  • Champion AI productivity by identifying and implementing AI tools and workflows that improve data engineering and analysis efficiency.
  • Translate complex quantitative analyses into clear, persuasive narratives for business leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize product decisions across funnel conversion, experimentation, and unit economics.
  • Design and maintain scalable reporting pipelines in Snowflake using dbt and Airflow.
  • Build business logic into reusable data foundations for company-wide reporting and analytics.
  • Create frameworks that establish a single source of truth for KPIs across platforms and BI tools.
  • Mentor peers and improve analytical rigor through best practices and awareness of emerging tools and trends.

Requirements

  • B.S., M.S., or M.B.A. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Analytics, Data Science, or Engineering role, preferably in Finance or Tech.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt and Airflow to build data pipelines in Snowflake.
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and leading projects end to end.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
