Description

Own end-to-end concepting and copywriting for marketing projects across email, in-app messages, social media, branding campaigns, lead generation campaigns, digital videos, webpages, and other interactive assets.
Write branded communications for web, digital, social, blog, and print channels for lending products.
Use data to inform copy decisions while balancing proven approaches with fresh brand ideas.
Collaborate closely with the design team to develop creative solutions.
Partner with the Lifecycle marketing team to craft prospect and member journeys.
Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Writer, Runway, and Figma AI into daily workflow.
Work with stakeholders and reviewers to keep brand voice and tone consistent across content.
Edit and proofread your own writing as well as content from partners and guest contributors.
Develop big-idea concepts and translate them into campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize time effectively, and present work clearly to creative leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of copywriting experience for a brand in an agency or in-house creative department.
Bachelor’s degree with an English, Advertising, or Journalism focus.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to adapt brand voice and tone based on medium and audience.
Experience partnering with designers or art directors.
Comfort working with data, testing copy, and iterating based on results.
Curiosity about AI writing tools or experience with AI prompting.
Strong initiative, organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Experience with financial services or personal finance is a plus.
Experience with legal disclosure copy and compliance teams is a plus.
