Description

  • Provide frontline user support by troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day Encompass issues.
  • Research and diagnose issues using the Encompass Knowledge Base and create/manage cases with ICE Mortgage Technology; escalate when appropriate.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Encompass Systems Administrators, senior admins, product, and management about issues, end-user needs, and trends.
  • Maintain Encompass system administration tasks including users, roles, profiles, security settings, and loan access settings.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain business rules for data entry, triggers, milestones, and conditions according to approved standards.
  • Assist with management and support of ancillary systems and services integrated with Encompass.
  • Gather, clarify, and document business requirements for fixes, enhancements, and projects in collaboration with management and residential lending teammates.
  • Evaluate business processes, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the loan origination systems.
  • Actively integrate with the team and promote the company’s core values in daily work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field as highest level of education (Spring 2025/December 2025 new grads or within 1 year of graduation).
  • Available to start immediately in May 2026.
  • No more than 2 years of professional full-time work experience (internships and research assistant roles excluded).
  • Must reside in the United States and have attended a university in the U.S.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Previous Encompass or Blend experience (nice to have).
  • Experience in the home loans/mortgage industry (nice to have).
  • Encompass Admin or ICE Admin certification (nice to have).
