Description

  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers on system enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Support Benefits QA analysts with day-to-day activities and complex requests.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on department standards and processes.
  • Drive improvements to test plans so application functionality meets original requirements.
  • Support business application systems and maintain plan data integrity.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze department metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop quality acceptance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 6+ years of experience as a quality assurance analyst in a healthcare or health insurance organization is required.
  • Experience with data and metrics reporting, including pivot tables, graphs, and formulas, is required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
  • Basic experience with MySQL is encouraged.
  • Strong communication skills for in-person meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence are required.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions are required.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter, solve problems creatively, and deliver on commitments is required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology company and adapting under pressure is required.
