Description

  • Serve as the team’s AI/ML subject matter expert and guide strategy, technology selection, and best practices.
  • Document the company’s AI strategy and align it with product roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Define project scope, milestones, approach, and solution designs.
  • Implement AI/ML solutions by writing code, configuring external components, and prototyping technologies.
  • Write maintainable code, unit tests, integration tests, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings, product and technology discussions, and corporate technical processes.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and backlogs while supporting the team in completing project work.
  • Conduct code reviews, pair programming, collaborative problem analysis, and technical architecture brainstorming.
  • Mentor team members and provide development support within an Agile two-week sprint environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering.
  • Proven experience designing and documenting end-to-end architectures for complex projects.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing advanced AI solutions, including semantic matching, RAG systems, and document parsing for structured content.
  • Experience designing and deploying agentic systems using LangGraph, Crew AI, or the OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Working knowledge of coding-assistance platforms such as Claude Code and Codex.
  • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), model ensembles, fine-tuning, and related tooling systems.
  • Experience with knowledge graph databases such as Neo4j.
  • Working knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Iceberg, or related data workflows.
  • Experience implementing human-in-the-loop integrations, evaluation frameworks, results testing, and iterative AI model refinement.
  • Strong coding, testing, documentation, collaboration, mentoring, and deadline-management skills, including the ability to understand AI-generated code.
