Description

  • Serve as the team’s AI/ML subject matter expert, incorporating emerging technologies, trends, and best practices into solutions.
  • Document and advance the company’s AI strategy in alignment with the product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Define project approach, scope, milestones, and solution designs at project kickoff.
  • Develop, prototype, and configure AI/ML software components and external integrations with the development team.
  • Write maintainable code, unit tests, and technical documentation.
  • Support customer-specific projects through scalable solution models and participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Monitor priorities, deadlines, and backlogs, coaching the team to complete project work.
  • Conduct in-depth code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative technical problem-solving.
  • Contribute to product and technology discussions on architecture, technical processes, and strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing advanced AI solutions, including semantic matching, RAG systems, and structured document parsing.
  • Experience designing and documenting end-to-end software architectures for complex projects.
  • Experience designing and deploying agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or the OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Working knowledge of AI coding assistants, including Claude Code and Codex.
  • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), model ensemble methods, fine-tuning techniques, and related tooling.
  • Experience with knowledge graph databases such as Neo4j.
  • Working knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Iceberg, or related data workflows.
  • Experience integrating human-in-the-loop workflows and implementing AI evaluation, testing, and iterative refinement frameworks.
  • Strong practices in clean modular code, unit and integration testing, technical documentation, component ownership, mentoring, and meeting deadlines.
