Description

  • Lead Customer Trust operations across EMEA, including security questionnaire triage, completion, and queue management.
  • Respond to customer security assessments, vendor risk assessments, and RFIs.
  • Work closely with EMEA sales teams to support enterprise customer engagements.
  • Understand and address regional compliance requirements, including GDPR, EU data protection, and sector-specific frameworks.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers through timely and accurate security responses.
  • Provide technically credible answers on cloud architecture, access controls, encryption, incident response, and data handling.
  • Manage multiple concurrent questionnaires and customer interactions while tracking SLAs and priorities.
  • Support the company’s reputation for responsiveness and technical credibility in high-value EMEA markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer trust, vendor risk management, security assessment, or customer-facing security roles at SaaS or cloud platform companies.
  • Proven experience completing and responding to customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and RFIs.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, EU data protection, and regional compliance requirements, including data residency, data processing agreements, and DPIAs.
  • Knowledge of GRC frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and common EMEA compliance standards.
  • Solid technical security foundation in cloud architecture, access controls, encryption, incident response, data handling, and security best practices.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Queue and project management skills, including familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA tracking.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Fluency in an additional European language (preferred).
  • Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ (preferred).
  • Background in SaaS customer trust or security operations in European companies (preferred).
  • Experience with industry-specific EMEA compliance requirements in financial services, healthcare, or government contracting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with questionnaire management and vendor risk tools such as Targhee, OneTrust, or SAFE (preferred).
