Description

  • Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end: define scope, architect, build, validate, and manage the customer relationship throughout the engagement.
  • Own the AI workshop program for your pod: customize modules per customer, lead technical sessions, translate workshop outputs into production requirements, and evolve content from field learning.
  • Architect multi-agent solutions and select appropriate coordination patterns to meet customer workflow characteristics and compliance requirements.
  • Design client- and industry-specific MCP resource packs that serve personalized intelligence from the server to improve connected AI surfaces.
  • Build, document, and own Deployment Kit quality so solutions consultants with no engineering background can follow and deploy reliably.
  • Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints to transfer AI deployment patterns to solutions consultants and partners through training materials and certification criteria.
  • Drive the intelligence loop by authoring strategic memos, presenting weekly field findings, contributing Agent Bricks and Skills, and filing RFCs for platform improvements.
  • Mentor junior Field Deployment Engineers on customer engagements, code reviews, and Deployment Kit quality, and coordinate handoffs to the solutions organization.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of production software engineering experience, including 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production.
  • Deep Python experience and strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
  • Proven track record leading complex enterprise technical engagements, managing customer relationships, navigating security reviews, and delivering production systems.
  • Deep production LLM experience, including multi-agent orchestration, MCP/tool-use, RAG optimization, evaluation frameworks, and agent deployment at scale.
  • System architecture expertise spanning enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI services, with the ability to explain designs to both executives and junior engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to create reusable technical assets and think in platforms rather than single projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for architecture documents, runbooks, strategic memos, and training materials; Deployment Kits serve as a portfolio.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
