Description

  • Own problems end-to-end, from discovery and ideation through delivery and iteration.
  • Build and ship high-quality product features using Python and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape user-centric solutions.
  • Contribute technical insight to product decisions, including trade-offs and opportunities.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
  • Continuously improve product performance, usability, and reliability.
  • Participate in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Take responsibility for outcomes, not just output, with focus on user and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Python experience building scalable backend systems and product features.
  • 5+ years of product engineering experience in product-led teams at a product company, ideally a scale-up, with end-to-end ownership of features.
  • 2+ years of TypeScript experience building modern web applications with a focus on maintainability and user experience.
  • Strong experience delivering features in cross-functional product teams with Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to think beyond code and contribute to product direction and user outcomes.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with frequent shipping and feedback-driven learning.
  • Strong understanding of user-centric development and product thinking.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience working in high-growth scale-ups or well-known product companies is preferred.
  • Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or analytics-driven development is preferred.
