Description

  • Achieve monthly renewal rate targets and CSAT targets for existing customers.
  • Drive monthly cash collection targets through renewals, upsells and upgrades.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into customers’ end-to-end interactions with Sleek and drive resolution by working cross-functionally.
  • Manage and prioritise a renewal pipeline in a data-driven manner, tracking progress and actions to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with accounting, corporate secretarial, product and data teams to improve renewal processes and share best practices.
  • Own the renewal process for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience that supports trust and retention.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and initiate retention or recovery actions, including having constructive difficult conversations when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales, Accounting or Customer Success Manager roles.
  • Located in the Philippines (candidate must be based in the Philippines).
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal, upsell or revenue targets.
  • Strong English proficiency with excellent listening and clear communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated empathy and focus on customer outcomes.
  • Data-driven approach with experience tracking and managing pipeline and metrics.
  • Behaviours: sales-driven with ownership, humility, structured thinking, ability to have tough conversations, collaboration-driven, and autonomous/entrepreneurial.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions to resolve issues.
  • Willingness to undergo background screening (education, criminal history, political exposure, bankruptcy/adverse credit) and provide consent.
