Description

  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner while building customer rapport.
  • Troubleshoot technical and product issues on the SkySlope platform and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the SkySlope system and confidently resolve user questions and problems.
  • Identify, test, document, and escalate website or product issues to QA as necessary.
  • Support department efficiency by assisting peers, contributing to team workflows, and helping manage fluctuating ticket volumes.
  • Use downtime productively to complete File Recs from the service queue or assigned team tasks.
  • Maintain and adapt to a 4x10 shift schedule within a 24/7 (364 days/year) support operation, including major holidays.
  • Follow department leadership or management directions on ad-hoc tasks to support team goals and service levels.

Requirements

  • Experience providing a high level of customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience using both Microsoft and Mac platforms and a variety of web browsers.
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support peers to increase department efficiency.
  • Willingness to maintain expert-level product knowledge and follow escalation/testing procedures.
  • Availability to work a 4x10 schedule as assigned in a 24/7 support operation (including major holidays).

Benefits

  • Pay rate of $24.50 per hour.
  • Medical insurance with three plan options through UnitedHealthcare; company pays a flat dollar amount toward premiums and coverage eligibility begins the 1st of the month following hire.

  • 401(k) plan with company match of $0.50 on each $1.00 contributed up to the first 6% of eligible earnings and auto-enrollment after eligibility.
  • Paid Time Off: 120 hours (15 days) for new hires plus 16 paid holidays (11 observed, 5 floating); PTO accrual begins after 90 days.
  • Paid Parental Leave up to six (6) weeks following birth or placement of a child, plus additional perks such as pet insurance contributions, Dayforce Wallet on-demand pay, tuition discounts, and a $1,000 employee referral bonus.
