Description

  • Own and act as the primary commercial and technical contact for a portfolio of key clients across the DACH region.
  • Lead and manage smooth onboarding and product integration processes for new and existing clients.
  • Drive product adoption and client engagement through regular strategic check-ins and relationship management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating fixes with Product and Engineering while managing client expectations.
  • Monitor client health and risks, advocate in escalations, and implement mitigation plans to keep clients satisfied.
  • Translate client feedback and technical requirements into actionable improvements for Product, Implementation, and Sales teams.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support account growth and revenue expansion.
  • Document interactions, plans, action items, and implementation details clearly and consistently.
  • Collaborate with European and global teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and alignment on client needs.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering in a B2B SaaS or Telecommunications environment.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work autonomously across time zones with minimal support and stay organized and proactive.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience coordinating with Product and Engineering teams and managing technical integrations.
  • Willingness to work as a freelancer on a full-time (40 hrs/week) allocation.
  • Location preference: Madrid (preferred) or Portugal, Germany, Austria, Poland, or the UK.
