Description

  • Guide patients through their women’s health screening and diagnostic journey from initial outreach through follow-up care.
  • Provide patient education on screening options and care pathways to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate appointments, follow-up needs, and next steps with patients and providers.
  • Review schedules and identify patients who need additional outreach or services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track multiple patient cases with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Communicate with patients in a compassionate, professional, and clear manner.
  • Support continuity of care by ensuring timely follow-through on screening and diagnostic services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting required.
  • Women’s health experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling workflows.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, empathy, and professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to patient education, support, and follow-through.
  • Must successfully complete drug and background screening; some positions require a favorable driving record.
