Description

  • Read and interpret governing deal and credit documents to determine payment and reporting obligations.
  • Model payment calculations for multiple reporting platforms and reconcile outputs.
  • Generate, review, and quality-control various types of client reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform data mapping and resolve reconciliation breaks between systems and reports.
  • Design and maintain quality control metrics and performance targets for data and reporting processes.
  • Manage transaction workflows, ensure notifications are actioned, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Identify operational improvements and work with product groups to implement process changes.
  • Proactively manage daily workflow according to client requirements and service level agreements.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, support development, and enforce standard policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in middle office/client services operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of asset class transactions, payment requirements, and loan settlements processes/platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of CDO compliance calculations and modeling.
  • Experience with data collection, reconciliation, and client-driven reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills, exception resolution methods, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership of responsibilities, and adherence to company policies.
  • Current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
