Description

  • Design, build, and scale systems that power game servers worldwide.
  • Work across the full stack to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend server applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move product objectives forward.
  • Identify problems independently and build foundations that support long-term product needs.
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Write clear documentation and communicate progress transparently across teams.
  • Apply secure coding practices to produce robust and reliable software.
  • Contribute ideas and help improve how the team operates and delivers value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong full-stack experience across both frontend and backend server applications.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Highly experienced with Claude Code, LLM prompt engineering, and current AI development best practices.
  • Ability to operate with a product-led mindset and work as a hybrid between Product Owner and Developer.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration and documentation.
  • Ability to plan work, set priorities, and deliver independently without constant follow-up.
  • Awareness of secure coding principles and ability to write secure, reliable, and robust code.
  • Understanding of how technical decisions affect users, business goals, and long-term maintainability.
