Description

  • Lead and support Specialty Pharmacy Liaisons and other patient support team members.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.
  • Ensure consistent use of best practices for prior authorizations, financial assistance, refills, appointments, and patient outreach.
  • Partner with clinics, pharmacies, and internal teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and help teams meet service, growth, and patient outcome goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clinic leaders, pharmacy teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure team coverage and continuity of service.
  • Share performance updates and contribute to strategic initiatives such as new clinic launches.

Requirements

  • PharmD, RPh, or BS in Pharmacy is required.
  • Active pharmacist license is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with patient and clinician interaction.
  • 2+ years of people management experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams, preferably in an outpatient or clinic setting.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing performance metrics while maintaining clinical quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and able to quickly learn new systems.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 plus bonus potential.
