Description

  • Manage the full design cycle from clarifying briefs and developing concepts to delivering final assets.
  • Create materials for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Design presentations, company and candidate profiles, sales materials, case studies, and other business content.
  • Produce visuals for vacancies, employer branding, corporate programs, and events.
  • Translate data and complex information into infographics, diagrams, and clear visual materials.
  • Design company merchandise and prepare artwork for print.
  • Select and edit photos and other visual content.
  • Maintain and develop the company’s visual style across formats.
  • Create reusable templates, organize Figma files, and maintain the Brand Material List.
  • Use AI tools to explore ideas and streamline routine design tasks where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic or visual design.
  • Strong foundations in composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating digital materials for social media, websites, campaigns, or internal communications.
  • Experience producing corporate materials, including presentations.
  • Experience following brand systems and maintaining visual consistency.
  • Confidence using design tools and organizing design assets in Figma or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.
  • Ability to clarify requirements, ask questions when briefs are unclear, and take ownership of results.
  • Photo-editing experience preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools in the design process preferred.
  • English proficiency for client-facing projects preferred.
  • Higher education or additional training in UI/UX, product design, or marketing preferred.
