Description

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with company goals and customer objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Manage performance against gross retention, net retention, and expansion targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Customer Success Managers and Analytics Engineers.
  • Recruit, develop, and onboard new team members.
  • Analyze customer performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize customer success processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present complex ideas, strategies, and data in business reviews and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer conflicts, challenges, and escalations with strong problem-solving and diplomacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, analytics engineering, and operations to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of people management experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in enterprise software.
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle.
  • Proven customer management experience with enterprise customers.
  • Experience in process manufacturing industries such as O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, or MMM.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside the company.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with advanced analytics platforms sold and implemented in manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Candidate should be located in Malaysia or Singapore.
