Description

  • Lead video editing and animation asset creation across organic, paid, and website channels.
  • Manage editing workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Translate creative briefs and feedback into multiple strong concepts and executions.
  • Define and evolve the brand’s editing style and motion guidelines for internal and external editors.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Content Director and Art Director to produce cohesive output.
  • Oversee and guide external editors and contractors to maintain consistency and scale.
  • Capture content and provide filming support for on-site shoots, clinic content, or influencer collaborations when needed.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of video editing and animation experience.
  • Strong animation and motion design experience.
  • Ability to color grade efficiently.
  • 3+ years of filming experience preferred, but not required.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma preferred.
  • Exceptional experience with project management tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail under tight timeframes.
  • Experience working in corporate systems and with multiple brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to succinctly describe program objectives and requirements.
  • Experience sourcing music, working with voiceover editing, and making AI editing adjustments.
  • Ability to navigate, socialize, and build advocacy for concepts and ideas within an organization.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, beauty, luxury, or wellness preferred.
  • Still photo editing and simple graphic design knowledge preferred.
  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds.
