Description

  • Create design roadmaps that translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable design direction.
  • Champion an AI-first design culture by identifying, implementing, and maintaining generative design tools.
  • Architect and evolve the design system and pattern library to support scalable, on-brand asset creation.
  • Build functional prototypes using AI coding assistants and front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS.
  • Own broad business themes and drive organizational change across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
  • Anticipate emerging needs, solve complex business problems, and create roadmaps in ambiguous situations.
  • Break large initiatives into manageable pieces and contribute design patterns for the broader team.
  • Mentor junior designers and manage contractor teams while maintaining technical quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align on product vision.
  • Produce user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final pixel-perfect deliverables, and QA post-development work.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company, with SaaS experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related product design field.
  • Proven experience in an AI-first design environment using LLMs and generative AI to solve complex architectural problems.
  • Experience building scalable systems and workflows that enable others to use AI tools while preserving UX standards and brand integrity.
  • Strong ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes and to think in non-linear terms across edge cases and user states.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end prototyping and technical feasibility.
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives from concept to delivery, including sectioning work for others and managing contractor teams.
  • Experience acting as an outcome owner and prioritizing work for impact across broad business themes.
  • Strong capability to understand complex data structures and design for diverse hierarchies.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with user research, data collection, user testing, and rapid iteration in an agile environment.
  • A customer-centric portfolio demonstrating process from concept through final deliverables and strong problem-solving execution.
